LOCK N PAINT^TM is designed to make the painting experience just a little more fun and a lot less messy!

Designed by someone who just wanted to paint his house (the inventor), this product makes pouring, brushing, and clean up a whole lot easier.

A lot of thought was put into this product so it would provide excellent value for the money.  Below are the features that make  LOCK N PAINT^TM the best product of it's kind on the market.

MATERIALS: LOCK N PAINT^TM is made from quality materials for years of use.  The plastic funnel has a thick walled and can take heavy-duty "professional" use.  The steel handle is made from heavy gauge wire, resists bending and will not lose it's shape.  The locking clips & wires (patented) are made to lock the funnel to the can until you decide when to release them.  The whole LOCK N PAINT^TM system is designed to lock on to the paint can and not let go.   

FUNNEL: The LOCK N PAINT^TM funnel is designed to make pouring from the can to the paint tray easier.  The funnel shape pours clean and smooth, and does leave a mess like pouring directly over the can rim.  The can stays clean, and more importantly, the rim stays clean so the lid can be re-installed easily and securely.

The funnel also makes pouring paint from a paint tray back into the can a cleaner job!

ADDED FEATURE:  When testing LOCK N PAINT^TM we found something else.  When painting from the can, dipping the brush into the paint was easier.  Why?  Because the funnel made a bigger target, and we were not worried about missing the can, or the drips from the brush.   It is a feature that needs to be tried.

SPREADER BARS: There are 2 metal bars in the centre of the LOCK N PAINT^TM funnel.  These are called "spreader bars".  They can be used to spread the paint evenly over the brush  after dipping the brush in the paint.   With the LOCK N PAINT^TM spreader bars, paint is even across the brush and you can control how much paint you want across the whole surface.  This is important when you need to control the amount of paint on the brush.  Not so easy with the rim, where you have little control over the distribution of paint to the centre of the brush.

As the paint can empties, one or both of the spreader bars can be removed to make it easier to get to the remaining paint.

And when you want to take a rest, your brush can just rest on LOCK N PAINT^TM for a while.  The funnel and spreader bars make a wonderful resting place for your brush.

LOCKING CLIPS:  We felt it very important that LOCK N PAINT^TM would lock onto the can securely.  We provide a carrying handle and expect it to hold the paint can under any circumstance.  The locking clips are so unique that they are patented.  You will notice that once installed, the funnel is attached securely and safely.  The locking clips also clamp the LOCK N PAINT^TM funnel into the rim of the paint can.  This is to prevent paint from going into the rim, keeping the rim clean so the lid can be installed easily once painting is complete.

HANDLE: The LOCK N PAINT^TM handle is designed to help when painting from a ladder or when hanging the paint can.  A loop is provide at the apex of the handle to ensure the can hangs correctly, unlike the paint can handle that can rotate and tilt the can in a precarious position.

The handle is also large enough not to get in your way while painting.

CLEAN-UP:  Clean-up is a snap.  Remove LOCK N PAINT^TM and little or no paint should be in the rim of the paint can.  Securely install the lid to the paint can to keep it fresh for the next time.  If using latex paint, LOCK N PAINT^TM will clean up easily under a running tap.  If using alkaloid paints, use aromatic spirits, Varsol, etc - whatever you are using to clean the brush.  The materials used in LOCK N PAINT^TM are resistant to most chemicals used for cleaning paints.
